Added in the 2018/19 season via a water share with our friends at Wellingborough and Nene District Angling Club Luton AC members are able to fish a strecth of the Roiver Ouse at Harrold in Bedfordshire

The upstream end of the stretch at Harrold is known as the shallows where Chub to 7lbs and Barbel well into double figures are the main specimens. Roach, Dace and Perch also provide a great days sport.

The downstream section at Chellington known as the deeps is home to huge shoals of Bream up to 8 lbs

There are two access points the first is for the shallows parking in the layby on the Harrold side of the bridge next to the entrance to Harrold country park you then walk over the road bridge and access the field via the kissing gate on the left hand side.

It is also possible to park one or two vehicles on the verge by the kissing gate in better weather.

For the Deeps at Chellington access is via a dirt track off of Felmersham road look for the WDNAC sign on the left hand side there is parking for 4 or 5 vehicles at the bottom of the track. It is not advisable to use this track after prolonged wet weather or during winter as there is a risk of getting stuck.
