Duck Shooting around Beckerings Reservoir

During the winter months there are organised duck shoots on the land near and around Beckerings Reservoir, The shoots are for a short duration on the dates concerned and following risk assessments and consultation with the shoot organisers, Our insurers and the Angling Trust it is not necessary for us to close the reservoir to fishing during ALL of the shoots. You may want to avoid fishing on any of the dates below.

On SOME dates the shoot will encroach on the reservoir itself and therefore we have decided to close from 12pm on those dates, no night bookings will be taken on days when the resevoir is CLOSED.

Please follow any guidance from the gamekeepers and stay within the clubs boundaries during the shoots (Inside the perimeter fence/car park and access track)
